The creation of Learning and Service Ministries is a vital component of CAL's leadership development strategy. As we seek to equip Anabaptist congregations and grassroots agencies to embrace God's global, urban mission, it is important that we are intentional about raising up the next generation of leaders. To this task, we continue to develop Los Angeles Urban Corps, and the Los Angeles Experience (LAX).
